The Sex Offender Treatment Intervention and Progress Scale (SOTIPS) is a 16-item dynamic measure designed to aid clinicians, correctional caseworkers, and probation and parole officers in assessing risk, treatment and supervision needs, and progress among adult male sex offenders. The SOTIPS can be used as part of a static and dynamic risk assessment scheme, either with the Vermont Assessment of Sex Offender Risk-2 (VASOR-2; available on the Safer Society website) or other static risk instruments. 2013.
