Shan Jumper, Ph.D., earned his counseling psychology doctorate from the University of North Dakota and is licensed in Illinois as a Clinical Psychologist, Sex Offender Treatment Provider, and Sex Offender Evaluator. With a career spanning since 1991, Dr. Jumper has extensive experience in sexual violence. He has held roles at various institutions, including the Sexually Violent Predator program in Wisconsin and the Illinois Dept. of Human Services Treatment and Detention Facility. Since 2005, he has been the Executive Clinical Director at Liberty Healthcare. Dr. Jumper is also an expert witness in private practice, a published author on sexual violence topics, and has been involved with organizations like the Association for the Treatment and Prevention of Sexual Abuse (ATSA) and the Sex Offender Civil Commitment Programs Network (SOCCPN).
