Do you have a manuscript or a book concept that aligns with Safer Society Press's mission? We'd like to hear from you!
We publish books and other resources for clinicians, therapists, and counselors working with adults who have sexually abused, people impacted by sexual abuse, and children and adolescents who have exhibited harmful behaviors. Workbooks and professional guidebooks have the best chances of being accepted for publication with us.
Topics we are particularly interested in:
- Treatment/rehabilitation of adult sexual offenders
- Treatment/rehabilitation of youths with harmful behaviors
- Treatment of victims of sexual abuse or violence
- Family reunification
We will also consider:
- Books for professionals who treat, educate, supervise, and provide social services to children and adolescents whose life circumstances place them at risk of poor social, emotional, and physical health, cognitive difficulties, and problematic behaviors throughout their lives
- Books on related topics, for example domestic violence

- Reasons how your book stands out from the existing resources on the market with an outline of the unique perspectives, strategies, or solutions you bring to the table.
