From the Netherlands, Ella de Jong is a solution-focused enthusiast. She is a teacher, writer, and trainer with a master’s degree in ecological pedagogy. She began her career as a counselor for children and families and has taught in primary schools for over 35 years, with much of her experience focusing on non-formal and special education. Ella now delivers accredited training courses and workshops about self-activating, solution-focused approaches and has trained at conferences in the Netherlands, Germany, Bulgaria, Italy, the USA, and Canada. Her e-book, Solution-Focused Mentoring: Five Steps to Bring Out the Best in Your Mentee and Yourself has been downloaded over 35,000 times.
