Safer Society offers a range of commissioned training services to help organizations and professionals enhance their skills and knowledge. These trainings can be delivered virtually or in-person, and are priced on a flat fee basis to train your entire staff at once.
The trainings are curated by David Prescott, LICSW, ATSA-F, a leading expert in the field of sexual abuse prevention and treatment. Prescott and other Safer Society trainers cover a variety of relevant topics, including the Good Lives Model—a strengths-based approach to working with individuals who have engaged in harmful sexual behavior.
The Good Lives Model training helps professionals understand how to support clients in developing the internal and external resources needed to live a fulfilling, offense-free life. Other training topics include the risk-need-responsivity model and the treatment and assessment of adolescents with problematic sexual behaviors.
Safer Society works closely with each organization to develop a customized training package that meets their specific needs and goals.
