How to Purchase and Access an On-Demand Training

The steps below walk you through the entire on-demand experience, from finding the right training to managing your account.

Find and Select the Training
  1. Find the On Demand training you wish to enroll in.
  2. Click the button that states "Click here to purchase training."
Complete the Checkout Process
  1. On the next page, check the title of the training to ensure you're registering for the correct course.
  2. Scroll down and fill in the required fields for billing and payment information.
  3. Provide your email address and set a password. You will use these credentials to access the training on the website.
  4. Submit the payment successfully.
Access the On Demand Training
  1. After the payment is processed, a Thank You message will appear in your browser. This message will include a link to access the On Demand course.
  2. Click on "To access your training, please click here" to access the course. You may need to enter the username and password you created during the checkout process.
  3. We suggest you save the link to your course or bookmark it in your browser to allow easy access for the next ten days.
Receive Payment Receipt and Access Information
  1. An email with your payment receipt and the link to access the training will be sent to you as soon as the payment is submitted.
