Working with people inspires Jennifer, especially when discussing motivation and change in Canada and Sweden. Jennifer is a warm and professional MI-practitioner and a knowledgeable and competent trainer in Motivational Interviewing (MI). With over 20 years of practicing and training others in MI, her passions are using MI to support and help others be the best that they can be both professionally and privately, and making MI accessible to all who want to make a difference in the lives of others. Her education consists of a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Gothenburg, Sweden, and a Bachelor of Science -Specialization Psychology Degree, from the University of Alberta, Edmonton, Canada. She is a certified Cognitive Behavioral Coach, course creator and author! Jennifer is a member of the International Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers (MINT) and their chapter in Scandinavia, MINT Nordic.
Hillary Bolter
Hillary Bolter has been a member of the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers (MINT) since 2011. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker & Addiction Therapist, and absolutely delights in helping individuals, groups, and organizations learn the essential skills of Motivational Interviewing. Hillary has worked as a helping professional for 20 years, ranging from working in wilderness therapy to community mental health, providing in-home & school based services, and as a therapist with specialties including working with anxiety, trauma, addiction, and veterans. She is also Certified in Brief Action Planning (BAP), September 2022.
